ripe red & black berries. Peppery cinnamon flavours complimented by tannins
that will soften with time. A wine truly in a class of its’ own!
In 1994, a man whose passion, talent and quiet professionalism had made him an international sporting icon established a wine estate on the farm St Clement in the Voor-Paardeberg, Paarl region. These traits placed him among the greats of golf. They also shape his wine.
